Gallery information

Braun-Falco Gallery is committed to showing contemporary art from young emerging to established artists.

The Gallery was established in 2013 on the basis of a former project room named mbf-kunstprojekte. The latter was founded in 2006 in Freiburg where a storehouse of an old glas factory served as the initial exhibtion space. In 2009 mbf-kunstprojekte moved to Munich in an „undergroud space“ at Maximiliansplatz 9. In 2015, Braun-Falco Gallery relocated at a more than 200 m² space at the renowned Nymphenburger Street at No. 22 . NY22 is marked at the outside by a prominent sculpture by Düsseldorf artist Armin Baumgarten.

The gallery has a regular program of at least 6 exhibitions per year showing painting, drawing, sculpture and photography in solo as well as group shows. The aim of the gallery is to exhibited a wide range of contemporary art varying in style, concept, intention, and perception.  The gallery represents several upcoming artists such as Armin Baumgarten, Ingrid Floss, Debbie Han, Christian Jaramillo, Mario Klinger, Anna Klüssendorf, Gerhardt Langenfeld, Marina Schulze, and more established positions such as of Franz Hitzler, Felix Weinold and Dieter Villinger. Several of the represented artists presented one of their first solo shows with us.

In addition, the gallery builds up a collection of works  and prints created by internationally well recognized and relevant artists such as Josef Albers, Francesco Clemente, Mark Francis, Ian McKeever, David LaChapelle, Lucebert, Markus Lüpertz, Ad Reinhardt, Ed Ruscha, Juan Usle, Jerry Zeniuk, among others.

Due to our more than 25 year experience in the international auction market we are delighted to offer our service in search for specific works of interest to our clients. It is our pleasure to serve and support our clients in both - finding a single art work to fit into a particular living or working environment as well as to systematically building up a collection of contemporary and modern art.
